Easy, the media lol
This was the most overblown, overhyped, media-created garbage.
The regular flu kills 26,000 Americans every year and you don't see one word about it.
This one just happened on a slow news week, and media frothed over it.

so that's the little bug that is behind this media hype
Well there's an awful lot of money to be made, why would the media pass up on it? Global economic downturn and pandemic are the current buzzwords.
Are England & Wales the only countries in the world still following a containment policy? Every one else, given the ratio of about 19 cases to each one formally diagnosed and the mildness of the illness seems to have given up on that.
My god! This blog is a gem. I'm an American looking to cross the pond and work in Engrand. I married into it. Hehe. I can't believe I'm going to have to do another year of school, and then pre reg. Anyways, it looks like you've got some of the crazies at your store.
