...normal service is resumed.

A combination of my primary computer giving up the ghost, being on holiday and watching too much of the Tour De France on Eurosport means I haven't posted for some time. Well, it's not that often Lycra-clad men tear around the streets of London at 60 Km/h.

The cycling theme neatly combines with today's post from Blog, MD. Sam is cycling 192 miles around Massachusetts to support the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where he works as a paediatric haematologist-oncologist. Some of the stories of the patients he has treated are posted on the site here. There are some inspiring and moving stories and I dare you not to be touched by them. Maybe you'd consider donating too?

Hopefully Sam will be cycling at a pace rather less frenetic than that of the Tour.
