I especially enjoyed the Amoxicillin script. One bottle, 2-3 tablespoons per day! Whilst prescriptions are generated with silly doses, even in the age of computer-printed prescriptions, at least we are able to read them. That's unless the GP's ribbon needs changing, his inkjet printer is smearing, or the patient has screwed their prescription into a small ball before seemingly deciding to wipe their bottom on it.
